We provide interior design services, e-design services, and wholesale textile sales to customers in the UK and internationally.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes and not to:

copy or redistribute website content without permission
engage in fraudulent purchasing or resale without authorisation
We may suspend or restrict access for misuse.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, branding, text, product descriptions, digital files, and designs — is the property of Miyama and Co Limited unless stated otherwise.
Wholesale customers may NOT reproduce our images, branding, or product descriptions without written consent.
4. Product Information & Colour Variations (Textile Sales)
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, textures, and finishes accurately.
However, due to:
screen variations
dye batches
natural fibre variation
handcrafted production processes
colour, texture, or pattern differences may occur.
These variations are not considered defects.
Customers must request samples before placing large or wholesale orders.
5. Wholesale Textile Orders
The following terms apply to wholesale textile purchasing:
5.1 Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
Wholesale orders may be subject to MOQs. These will be clearly stated or provided upon enquiry.
5.2 Pricing
Wholesale pricing is provided upon request.
Prices may change without notice until an invoice is issued.
5.3 Lead Times
Lead times vary depending on production schedules, customs, and international logistics.
Approximate timelines will be provided, but delays may occur.
5.4 Deposits
Large or custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit before production begins.
5.5 Samples
Clients are strongly encouraged to order samples to confirm suitability before placing bulk orders.
5.6 Variations
Natural fibre variations, dye differences, and artisanal irregularities are expected and not considered faults.
5.7 Inspection & Claims
Customers must inspect goods within 3 working days of delivery.
Any issues must be reported in writing with photographs.
We do not accept claims for:
slight colour variations
natural imperfections
issues arising from incorrect storage, cutting, or handling by the customer
5.8 Returns (Wholesale)
Wholesale textile orders are non-returnable unless defective.
Cut fabrics, custom goods, and special orders cannot be returned.
5.9 International Orders
Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, and compliance with local regulations.
6. Pricing & Payments
We reserve the right to update prices without notice.
Wholesale and e-design services must be paid in full before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. E-Design & Interior Design Services
E-design services are remote and based entirely on client-provided information.

8. Shipping
Shipping costs vary by location.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, customs checks, or logistical issues.
We are not liable for courier delays or lost parcels after dispatch.
9. Returns & Refunds (Retail Customers)
Retail textile or product purchases may be returned within 14 days, unused and in original condition, unless they are:
cut fabrics
customised items
special orders
wholesale orders
Refunds exclude shipping unless the item was faulty.
10. Disclaimer of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:
inaccuracies in customer-provided information
contractor or installer errors
colour variations in textiles
losses arising from courier delays
import duties, customs charges, or international shipping issues
indirect or consequential losses
All goods and services are provided “as is.”
