Terms and Conditions (E-design)

1. Service Overview

This is a remote e-design service delivered online. All communication, files, and deliverables are provided digitally. No site visits or physical services are included.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide complete and accurate information, including measurements, room photos, sketches, and any essential details.
All measurements must be double-checked by the client before purchasing furniture or hiring trades.

3. Deliverables

Specific deliverables vary per package and may include:
concept boards, design boards, layout suggestions, colour palettes, material suggestions, and shopping lists.
Deliverables do not include technical drawings, material quantities, structural details, or contractor instructions.

4. Revisions

Packages include a set number of revisions. Please see package descriptions.

5. Implementation

The client is responsible for:

  • purchasing recommended items

  • confirming measurements before ordering

  • hiring trades

  • installation

  • complying with local building rules or landlord restrictions

    No responsibility is accepted for the actions of contractors or suppliers.

6. Timelines

Typical delivery timeframe is 5 - 14 working days depending on scope.
Delays due to missing information or late responses from the client are not the responsibility of the designer.

7. Fees & Refunds

All fees must be paid before the design process begins.
As this is a bespoke creative service, refunds are not available once work has commenced.

8. Product Availability

Specific items recommended may become unavailable or change in price.
Alternatives can be provided, but the designer is not responsible for stock levels, shipping times, or supplier issues.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, layouts, and materials produced remain the intellectual property of the designer.
Clients may use the designs only for personal use within their own home and may not reproduce, sell, or publish them without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the designer shall not be liable for:

  • measurement errors

  • construction, electrical, plumbing, or structural issues

  • product defects or delays

  • contractor mistakes or fees

  • colour variation between screens and physical products

  • any loss arising from the client’s implementation of the design

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
