We do not conduct site visits, inspections, or verify measurements or existing conditions.

All design recommendations are conceptual and for guidance only.
Implementation — including measuring, purchasing, installation, and contracting — must be carried out by the client or their appointed professionals.

We do not provide architectural, structural, MEP, or building regulation advice.
For any construction work, electrical updates, plumbing, or structural changes, the client must consult qualified trades or licensed professionals.

By submitting the questionnaire and proceeding with a package, the client accepts full responsibility for verifying all dimensions, specifications, and suitability of items before purchase or installation.

No liability is accepted for damages, delays, additional costs, or outcomes arising from:

• incorrect or incomplete measurements

• changes to the space after the design is delivered

• variations in colours/finishes due to screens or lighting

• contractor errors or product availability

• client implementation decisions

All e-design services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
